t looks like the Nokia read for something big at Mobile World Congress trade fair, which is set to begin on February 27 in Barcelona, Spain.
Although there is no word on any high-end smartphone that may be announced at the end of the month, unless the global version of Lumia 900, the word on the street is that the Finnish company will launch no less than six new devices at MWC 2012.
The guys over at Pocketnow find the names of the phones to be released in Barcelona at the end of the month, but they can not get the details on these devices.
According to them, Nokia plans to debut no less than six new phones at the show: two Windows Phone devices, a Symbian smartphone, and three feature phones.
In addition to the global version of Lumia 900, Nokia will announce a budget-friendly handset Lumia 610 Windows Phone. Nokia 808 PureView be released as well, perhaps with Nokia Belle on board.
Nokia 808 PureView previously been touted as the successor of the old camera phone Nokia N8. However, PureView 808 would probably boast better cameras and definitely touchscreen display.
Given the fact that the Nokia N8 offers 12-megapixel rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics, flash and autofocus Xennon, it would be interesting to see if Nokia PureView will come up with something better than this.
In addition, Nokia also will feature three new series of Asha feature phones. Nokia Asha 302, 203 and 202 Asha Asha will probably have the same features as their predecessors, Asha 200, 201, 300 and 303.
Unfortunately, no additional details on one sheet of mobile phones' specs, but more information may be leaked when Nokia decided to go official with these devices at Mobile World Congress 2012.
