- Firefox 10 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTSPreparing for the second alpha release of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to come (anteaters Precise) operating systems, Canonical updated last night its default web browser and email client for Firefox and Thunderbird 10 10, respectively.
As you all may already know, Mozilla has officially released later last night, January 31, the highly anticipated 10.0 Mozilla Firefox web browser and Mozilla Thunderbird email client 10.0.
10 Firefox brings interesting features, such as the forward button hidden (at least until you navigate back), the implementation of the Anti-Aliasing for WebGL, support for CSS3 3D-Transforms, Full Screen API, the new CSS Style Inspector and IndexedDB API.
On the other hand, Thunderbird 10 includes the ability to allow users to search the Web, and to create a new email account (in a relationship with AOL, Hover.com and Yandex), as well as several email improvements and preparation of a better email search.
