LG has been preparing for something "big" for this year's ISE 2012 fair, the 165-inch super narrow bezel FPR 3D display that uses the company's proprietary 3D technology.
Developed by LG, Film-type Patterned Retarder technology, the FPR for the short term, using plain old glasses curved lenses, similar to that found in ordinary glasses, which is much lighter, cheaper and healthier than their active counterparts shutter.
Move back to the screen that is presented on the show, it actually consists of nine 55-inch display that is installed in a 3x3 configuration to make a rather impressive display.
It goes without saying that the amount and form fitted display can be adjusted depending on the application, so that even larger screens can be created if the client wants.
Unfortunately, no info on pricing made available by LG, but winning the lottery would be necessary if you want to build such a setup in your home.
